The framed artwork measures 33.2cm x 33.2cm x 3.7cm. Hanging wire attached to back of frame. Created with gouache paint & coloured pencil on paper in 2023.
"Relax, Breathe" is about that moment, when you are on the verge of panic, and someone tells you to relax. Your throat tightens. Your chest burns. The panic and rises. Tears sting your eyes. Just relax and breathe. Why can't you just relax and breathe?
